Encryption everywhere
Documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Downloads and uploads never travel over unencrypted connections.
Least-privilege access
- Only credentialed reviewers assigned to your return can open it.
- Every document access is logged with time, user, and action.
- Former staff lose access the day they leave — automatically.
Separation and minimization
Assessment data, uploaded documents, and filed returns live in separate stores with separate keys. We keep what the IRS requires and nothing more.
